Pricing & How We Work

Straightforward pricing. No guessing games.

Small jobs can be hard enough to get someone to show up for. Understanding what they may cost should not be another frustration. Tell us what needs doing and we will recommend the right approach.

Our Pricing

Our pricing is based on the type of work involved, the level of skill required and the overall scope of the job.

Cleaning, Turnover & Property Care

$50/hour

Short-term rental turnovers, post-project cleanup, move-in and move-out cleaning, pre-listing cleaning, light staging, power washing and general property care.

Home Repairs & Maintenance

From $65/hour

Punch lists, minor repairs, mounting, adjustments, caulking, basic maintenance and small fixes around the home or cottage.

Skilled Carpentry & Finish Work

From $95/hour

Small Projects & General Contracting

Quoted by scope

For multi-step, multi-day or more involved projects where we are coordinating the work, materials or other trades.

Sourcing, Pickup & Delivery

Not sure which service applies?

You do not need to figure that out before contacting us. Send us your list, a few details about the job and photos if you have them. We will recommend the simplest and most appropriate way to approach the work.

Three Ways We Typically Price Work

1

Hourly Service Visit

Best for smaller repairs, maintenance items or a short punch list.

Time is billed at the hourly service rate that applies to the work being completed.

2

Project Block

Best when you have several things to get done or a job is likely to take a good part of the day.

We may recommend a half-day or full-day project block so we can make the most of the visit and get more off your list.

3

Quoted Project

Best for carpentry, larger improvements, multi-day jobs or work involving several steps.

We will review the scope and provide a project quote before the work begins.

What Can Affect the Final Cost?

Every property and every job is a little different. Whenever possible, we will identify cost factors ahead of time.

If something changes once the work begins, we will talk with you before moving forward.
